Axetris LGD Compact Gas Cell Class B Service/Repair

LGD F200 Bench

The following description comprises the full Class B Service for LGD F200 Gas Cells in Service within the North American Market. It is in compliance with Axetris’s Requirements for the Class B Service/Repair Certification. The following conditions are observed:

Service Description

  • ESD protection and laser safety
  • Connection to GND (ground strap) and use protective glasses when device is open
  • Quality Control Performance Check
  • Requires ramped heated oven
  • All work performed under laminar flow box for clean room environment
  • Vinyl gloves utilized
  • Remount new screws
  • Torque specifications observed for critical screws

  1. Cleaning of optical components
  2. Optics Alignment
  3. Mirror exchange
  4. Window exchange
  5. Gas Cell exchange
  6. I/O board exchange
  7. Quality Control Performance check*

*This service is required after any service involving the optics including replacement of the entire gas cell.

  • Additional parts as needed depends on evaluation and current pricing

2. Gas Cell Exchange

  1. Includes points 5 & 7 above
